the location worked great for exploring the city. the breakfast was delicious in the restaurant attached to the hotel.

The minibar was missing from the room. There were only two small bottles of water.

The hotel staff provided excellent service. The front desk offered updated information via text. The European-inspired decor created a nice atmosphere. The music selection enhanced the overall experience.

The check-in lacked any acknowledgement of my presence. The receptionist did not smile. She seemed cold and barely spoke. The entire check-in process took too long.
